We do not allow minors. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated.

Lotta is a random live video, text, and social interaction platform, meant strictly for entertainment, social communication, and recreational purposes.

We are not responsible for the behavior, actions, or content shared by users.

• Share or request sexual, pornographic, violent, hateful, or abusive content

• Harass, threaten, bully, or defraud users

• Impersonate others

• Share private personal information of others

• Upload viruses, malware, or attempt hacking

• Use bots or automation

• Engage in scamming or financial fraud

• Interact if you are a minor

Violation may result in:

• Warning

• Account suspension or permanent ban

• Reporting to relevant authorities

To maintain safety, prevent fraud, comply with law, and enforce our policies:

• Chats, images, voice interactions, session logs, metadata, and screenshots may be recorded, monitored, reviewed, stored, and processed

• Moderation may be automated and/or human

• Users should not expect complete privacy

• Illegal activities will be reported

By using the platform, you consent to this.

If you purchase:

• Subscriptions

• Digital services

• Premium features

You agree that:

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways

• We do not store card/bank details

• Digital goods are non-refundable, except where legally required or explicitly stated

• Chargeback abuse may result in account termination

If your payment fails, is flagged as suspicious, or violates gateway policy, we may restrict your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

• For violating Terms/Guidelines

• For suspicious, harmful, or fraudulent activities

• For legal or safety reasons

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Lotta, its owners, developers, partners, and staff are not liable for:

• User behavior

• Damages, harassment, loss, injury, emotional distress

• Fraud/scams by other users

• Technical failures or downtime

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"

Use is at your own risk.

All branding, software, UI, design, features, and content owned by Lotta remain our property.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit it.

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may preserve and disclose account data, chats, images, logs, and identifiers to law enforcement if:

• Legally required

• There is credible threat or illegal activity

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
