Terms of Service - Lotta

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to strictly adhere to the following rules of conduct:

• Under no circumstances shall you engage in any illegal activity on the App, including but not limited to sharing or viewing sexually explicit content;
• Any form of sexually explicit conversation or behavior is strictly prohibited;
• You shall not engage in harassment, threats, or any form of harm towards other users;
• Personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial information must not be shared with other users. Any attempt to share personal information will be automatically blocked. Metadata such as IP address, device information, and timestamp may be recorded and shared with law enforcement if required;
• Impersonation of any person or entity is strictly forbidden;
• You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App;
• Any attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers is prohibited;
• Unauthorized access to any part of the App is strictly forbidden;
• Collecting or storing personal information of other users is strictly prohibited;
• Any violations of these Terms or inappropriate behavior must be reported to the App administrators immediately. Users are encouraged to report any attempts to share prohibited content, including personal identifying information.

3. Content Guidelines

Any content shared or transmitted through the App is the sole responsibility of the user. The App reserves the right to monitor and remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. The App may terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Lotta and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that the developer and managers of Lotta shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Furthermore, in no event shall the developer or managers of Lotta be held accountable for any actions or misconduct of users on the App. By using the App, you waive any right to take legal action against the developer or managers of Lotta for any such occurrences.

7. Law Enforcement Cooperation

We may share metadata or user-related information with law enforcement agencies if required by law, court order, or reasonable investigation into violations of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, device information, timestamps, and content flagged for policy violations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
