Lotta is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone. Explore our safety guidelines, reporting tools, and community standards.

Safety is a fundamental part of how we operate Lotta. These Safety Standards explain the behavior and content that is prohibited on Lotta, how users can report safety concerns, and how we respond to violations.

By using Lotta, you agree to follow these Safety Standards, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation

Lotta has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Lotta is strictly an 18+ platform. Children and minors are not permitted to use the Service.

We strictly prohibit:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Sexual content involving minors.
  • Sexual solicitation of a minor.
  • Child grooming or attempted grooming.
  • Sexualization or exploitation of children.
  • Sextortion or threats involving sexual images of a child.
  • Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
  • Arranging or facilitating sexual contact with a child.
  • Requesting, creating, possessing, sharing, or distributing sexual imagery involving minors.
  • Using Lotta to facilitate, promote, encourage, or attempt any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

These prohibitions apply to text, video, audio, images, profiles, links, usernames, and any other content or interaction occurring through Lotta.

Enforcement

Any account found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM may be:

  • Immediately suspended or permanently banned.
  • Prevented from creating or accessing additional accounts.
  • Subject to investigation and preservation of relevant evidence where appropriate.
  • Reported to appropriate authorities or designated child-safety organizations where required by applicable law.

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and relevant child-protection authorities.

2. Lotta Is Strictly 18+

Lotta is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older.

Users must accurately provide their age when requested during onboarding.

We prohibit:

  • Creating an account while under 18.
  • Misrepresenting your age.
  • Helping a minor access Lotta.
  • Using Lotta to communicate with or facilitate the exploitation of minors.

If we discover or have reason to believe that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may immediately terminate the account.

Reporting a Suspected Minor

If you believe someone using Lotta is under 18, report them immediately through the in-app reporting mechanism or contact:

Do not attempt to investigate, confront, or expose the person yourself.

3. Prohibited Behavior

Lotta is intended for respectful social interaction.

The following behavior is prohibited:

Harassment & Abuse

  • Bullying or harassment.
  • Threats or intimidation.
  • Targeted abuse.
  • Repeated unwanted contact.
  • Hate speech or hateful harassment.
  • Doxxing or sharing another person's private information.
  • Blackmail or coercion.

Sexual Content

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content.
  • Sexual solicitation.
  • Unwanted sexual behavior.
  • Sexual exploitation.
  • Any sexual content involving minors.

Violence & Harm

  • Credible threats of violence.
  • Encouraging or facilitating violence.
  • Content intended to facilitate serious physical harm.
  • Promotion or facilitation of self-harm.

Fraud & Deception

  • Scams.
  • Fraudulent schemes.
  • Impersonation.
  • Phishing or credential theft.
  • Attempts to obtain sensitive personal information through deception.

Platform Abuse

  • Spam.
  • Unauthorized advertising or commercial promotion.
  • Bots and automated accounts.
  • Scraping or unauthorized collection of platform data.
  • Attempts to disrupt or overload Lotta's infrastructure.
  • Malware or malicious code.
  • Attempts to bypass account restrictions or bans.

4. Reporting Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to report behavior or content that violates these Safety Standards.

In-App Reporting

The primary way to report another user is through Lotta's in-app reporting functionality.

When submitting a report, provide as much relevant information as possible.

Reports may concern:

  • CSAE or suspected CSAM.
  • Suspected minors.
  • Sexual or explicit behavior.
  • Harassment or bullying.
  • Threats or violence.
  • Hate speech.
  • Scams or fraud.
  • Doxxing or privacy violations.
  • Other serious violations of these Safety Standards.

Email Reporting

For urgent safety concerns, child-safety concerns, or issues that cannot be reported through the application:

When contacting us, include relevant information such as the username or account involved, what occurred, and any available details that can help us investigate.

Do not send or redistribute suspected CSAM unnecessarily. If you encounter suspected CSAM, report the incident and follow the instructions provided by the appropriate authorities.

5. Moderation & Safety Systems

Lotta uses a combination of automated systems and administrative review to protect users and enforce its policies.

Our safety systems may include:

  • Automated AI-assisted content moderation.
  • Detection of prohibited or suspicious behavior.
  • Review of user reports.
  • Temporary processing of relevant conversation evidence.
  • Administrative investigation of serious incidents.
  • Account and abuse-pattern analysis.
  • Ban and restriction enforcement.

Safety systems may process relevant information when necessary to investigate a report, detect abuse, enforce our policies, or protect users.

Lotta's moderation systems are not guaranteed to detect every violation. User reports remain an important part of our safety process.

6. Enforcement

When a user violates these Safety Standards, we may take action based on the severity and circumstances of the violation.

Possible actions include:

  • Warning the user.
  • Removing or restricting access to features.
  • Temporarily suspending an account.
  • Permanently banning an account.
  • Blocking associated accounts or identifiers where reasonably necessary.
  • Preserving relevant information for safety or legal purposes.
  • Reporting conduct to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Severe violations, including CSAE, CSAM, serious threats, exploitation, or repeated attempts to evade enforcement, may result in immediate permanent termination.

We may take enforcement action without prior warning when necessary to protect users or prevent continued abuse.

7. Ban Evasion

Users who have been suspended or permanently banned must not attempt to circumvent enforcement.

Prohibited ban-evasion methods include:

  • Creating alternative accounts.
  • Using another person's account.
  • Using alternate credentials.
  • Attempting to conceal identity or account associations for the purpose of bypassing enforcement.
  • Other deliberate attempts to return to Lotta after a ban.

Attempts to evade a permanent ban may result in additional accounts or identifiers being permanently blocked.

8. User Safety Tips

Lotta connects you with strangers. You should always exercise caution when interacting with other users.

We recommend that you:

  • Do not share your home address or precise location.
  • Do not share passwords, authentication codes, or financial information.
  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal information with strangers.
  • Leave and report conversations that make you uncomfortable.
  • Use the available skip and blocking controls.
  • Do not agree to meet an online stranger without considering your personal safety.
  • Report threats, harassment, scams, or suspicious behavior.
  • Report suspected minors immediately.
  • Never send or request sexual content involving a minor.

You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to share with another user.

9. Privacy & Safety Evidence

Lotta is designed around ephemeral communication.

Normal conversations are not intended to be permanently archived. However, information may be temporarily processed or retained when necessary for:

  • Responding to a user report.
  • Investigating serious abuse.
  • Preventing repeat violations.
  • Protecting users.
  • Investigating suspected CSAE or CSAM.
  • Complying with applicable law.

Safety evidence is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Child Safety Point of Contact

Lotta maintains a dedicated contact for child-safety concerns.

This contact can be used to report:

  • Suspected CSAE.
  • Suspected CSAM.
  • Suspected minors using Lotta.
  • Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors.
  • Other serious child-safety concerns.

We review and respond to child-safety reports and take appropriate action consistent with our policies and applicable law.

11. Cooperation With Authorities

Where required by applicable law, Lotta may preserve and disclose relevant information to law enforcement or appropriate child-protection authorities.

This may occur when:

  • Required by valid legal process.
  • There is a credible threat of serious harm.
  • We become aware of potentially reportable child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

We may cooperate with investigations concerning CSAE, CSAM, exploitation, threats of violence, and other serious illegal activity.

12. Our Commitment to Safety

Lotta is committed to maintaining an adult-only environment where users can communicate without abuse, exploitation, or harassment.

Our core safety principles are:

  • Lotta is 18+ only.
  • CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited.
  • We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation.
  • Users can report violations directly through the application.
  • Serious safety violations may result in permanent bans.
  • Suspected child exploitation may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
  • We use automated and human-assisted moderation to protect the platform.
  • Users should never feel pressured to continue an interaction that makes them uncomfortable.

Safety is a shared responsibility. If you see something that violates these standards, please report it.
